The hotel is absolutely top-notch—everything feels brand new and thoughtfully equipped. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep, and the toiletries were high quality, which is always a nice touch. There are plenty of charging ports throughout the room—no need to worry about running out of power. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from major attractions and shopping areas. Grabbing dinner or exploring nearby stores is effortless. Public transport is super convenient too—both subway and bus stops are literally steps away, so getting around Berlin is a breeze. What really surprised me was how quiet the rooms were despite being in such a busy area. The soundproofing is excellent—no street noise at all, even late at night. I slept like a baby. Definitely coming back here on my next visit to Berlin.

The guesthouse is infested with bed bugs—this is not an exaggeration. We found them crawling even in the shared kitchen, which is centrally located and accessible from all rooms. The owner never showed up during our stay and has not responded to any messages since. We had to scramble to find another hotel just to get a safe place to sleep. Health authorities have already been notified to prevent further risks to future guests.

A few small improvements would make it perfect: adding a ramp at the entrance for easier luggage access (just a few steps up), upgrading to newer card keys, and installing USB charging ports. But honestly, these are just minor details—this hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely book here again.
