For the restroom in the lobby, you’ll need to ask reception for a key, which is a small inconvenience but worth it. I only stayed one night at the hotel for a business trip, but I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service. The staff member on April 3rd, 2023, stood out in particular—so helpful, attentive, and professional. Even though it was past 2 a.m., she kindly prepared a lunch pack for the next day based on my request—something I’ve rarely experienced before. The photo speaks for itself. Located right in the heart of Munich, the hotel is incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Public transport is just steps away, and everything feels within reach. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Munich. Keep up the fantastic work!

The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is included and though the selection isn’t huge, the quality is solid—enough to fill you up and keep you energized. I visited during the weekend, so most shops and supermarkets were closed, but the train station remained open with plenty of options, including a small Vietnamese street food stall that offered affordable, delicious meals perfect for Chinese tastes. Public transport is excellent here—just a 5-6 minute walk to the nearest subway entrance, with multiple lines nearby. Munich’s transit system makes getting around effortless. Don’t miss visiting Nymphenburg Palace—the childhood home of Empress Elisabeth (Sisi)—it’s stunning and full of history. Olympiapark is lively and packed with food stalls and activities. The Englischer Garten offers vast green spaces, ideal for relaxing or snapping photos. And the Town Hall Square is bustling with energy—great for shopping, dining, and soaking in the atmosphere all day long. Both Ludwig Maximilian University and Technical University are worth a quick stroll through if you’re into academic vibes. Overall, Hotel Fidelio delivers comfort, convenience, and great value—highly recommend for any visitor to Munich.
