The only thing to note is that you need to put on your own sheets upon arrival and remove them when checking out, but this helps keep bedding clean between guests. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious common area, perfect for cooking meals with friends or just chilling out. Overall, this place delivers excellent value, great cleanliness, and a fantastic central location. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Munich.

Stayed at Arena Stadt München and had a great experience overall. The hotel’s common areas were spotless and well-maintained, giving a clean, welcoming vibe. Our room was functional and kept in good condition—slightly dated but still comfortable and practical. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, and I appreciated the free coffee available at reception. The garden area is perfect for relaxing with a drink in the evening—very peaceful and pleasant. Parking is plentiful, with both garage and on-street options nearby, which is a big plus if you're driving. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it super easy to get into Munich. A local bar, two restaurants, and a supermarket are all within a 10-minute stroll—great for convenience and atmosphere. We didn’t try the restaurants, but they were busy, which says something! Definitely consider visiting Motorworld—it’s a short trip from the hotel and absolutely worth it. Amazing collection of classic and exotic cars, perfect for photos and car lovers. Overall, if you’re okay with a 20-minute commute to central Munich, this hotel offers more value than you’d expect. Great choice for a relaxed, well-located stay.

What stood out most was the incredible value for money—excellent quality at a price that feels unbeatable. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and budget-friendly stay in Munich, this place is definitely worth considering. I’d happily book again on my next visit.

What stood out most was the staff—friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even though one of the team members was Black, their attitude was warm and helpful throughout our stay.
