The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around Barcelona, just a short walk to the metro. However, the apartment itself really needs a good renovation. It’s spacious with two bedrooms and an extra room that functions as a sofa bed, which is great for families or groups. Self-check-in and check-out are available, which isn’t a big issue, but management expects guests to wash dishes, clear trash, and remove all garbage before leaving—something that feels a bit unexpected for a rental. The toilet in one of the bathrooms has a broken flush mechanism; you can still flush it, but it requires some trial and error. Several outdoor chairs are damaged, and there are flickering lights in both the master bedroom and bathroom. Towels have stains, and cabinet drawers in the bathroom are loose and need fixing. There’s also a faint musty smell in the bathroom, likely due to plumbing issues. Overall, the place isn’t dirty, but it’s not particularly clean either—more like a basic rental that hasn’t been maintained well over time. If you’re on a tight budget and prioritize location over comfort and cleanliness, this might work. But if you value quality, upkeep, and a hassle-free stay, you’ll probably be disappointed.

There are plenty of cozy local shops, inviting bars, and authentic restaurants just steps away. It only takes a few minutes to reach the beach, perfect for morning walks or evening strolls along the shore. Plus, there are several vibrant food markets nearby—ideal for picking up fresh ingredients or trying local delicacies. The check-in process was warm and welcoming, and checking out was just as smooth. Overall, this place offers great value and a genuine local vibe. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet convenient base in Barcelona.

We spent four nights here and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was—perfect for a family of five (two adults and three kids aged 16, 13, and 12), which can be tough to find in Spain. The hotel is about 7km from the city center, but it’s incredibly well-connected: a bus and tram stop right outside the door, plus a metro station just 200 meters away. Getting into town was effortless. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the beds were seriously comfortable—great sleep quality throughout. It’s rare to find such a great combination of location, space, service, and value. I’d definitely book here again if we ever return to Barcelona.

The apartment itself was not clean at all and looked nothing like the photos online. It felt outdated and poorly maintained. Definitely not what I’d expect from a 'Top' rated property. I’d strongly recommend looking for alternative accommodations managed by different providers. This one didn’t live up to its name or expectations.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from major attractions and easily accessible by metro. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with that extra touch of care, this is the place to be. This was an absolute waste of money. From the moment we arrived, we were faced with one issue after another. The duvet was visibly dirty and unhygienic. The washing machine’s pipe had completely disconnected—when we tried to use it, water flooded the balcony and even seeped into the balconies below. The shower turned icy cold within minutes; when I contacted the staff about it, they confirmed the same issue but took no action. For our last few days, we had to shower at a friend’s place. The washing machine was filthy and emitted a foul odor. Even worse, the hairdryer sparked and started smoking the first time we plugged it in—definitely not safe. The balcony was extremely messy and dirty, covered in debris and grime. I took photos of everything because I truly don’t want anyone else to go through this. You can find better accommodations for the same price. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
