The toilet in one of the bathrooms has a broken flush mechanism; you can still flush it, but it requires some trial and error. Several outdoor chairs are damaged, and there are flickering lights in both the master bedroom and bathroom. Towels have stains, and cabinet drawers in the bathroom are loose and need fixing. There’s also a faint musty smell in the bathroom, likely due to plumbing issues. Overall, the place isn’t dirty, but it’s not particularly clean either—more like a basic rental that hasn’t been maintained well over time.
