Several outdoor chairs are damaged, and there are flickering lights in both the master bedroom and bathroom. Towels have stains, and cabinet drawers in the bathroom are loose and need fixing. There’s also a faint musty smell in the bathroom, likely due to plumbing issues. Overall, the place isn’t dirty, but it’s not particularly clean either—more like a basic rental that hasn’t been maintained well over time. The hotel is about 7km from the city center, but it’s incredibly well-connected: a bus and tram stop right outside the door, plus a metro station just 200 meters away. Getting into town was effortless. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the beds were seriously comfortable—great sleep quality throughout. It’s rare to find such a great combination of location, space, service, and value. I’d definitely book here again if we ever return to Barcelona.
