The window had an almost blackout roller shade (with a side track to prevent light leakage), which made for a very peaceful sleep despite being on a busy street. Although there was no air conditioning, it wasn’t necessary—the weather was mild during my visit, especially with the rainy season in full swing. I arrived early and was able to drop off my luggage at 12 PM, even though check-in wasn’t until 3 PM—free baggage storage is a great perk. For early check-in, there’s an extra fee of around 500 MXN (~$25 USD), so worth noting if you’re planning ahead. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. My only minor concern was the bathroom floor—it’s glass tile without anti-slip coating, so walking barefoot can be risky. Also, the shampoo and soap bottles are fixed on the wall opposite the shower, meaning you have to walk back and forth each time you need to grab them. This could be slightly dangerous, especially with the non-slip surface. Still, considering I booked for just 910 MXN (~$45 USD) instead of the regular rate of 1,400 MXN (~$70 USD), the value was outstanding. At full price, I’d have considered it average—but at this rate? Absolutely worth it. A fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great pricing.

The overall experience was fantastic—the service was top-notch, the facilities were functional, and the vibe of the place was genuinely fun and stylish. Breakfast was a highlight, fresh and delicious. That said, if you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the best fit for you. The rooms face an open-air corridor with a food and chill area at the end where loud music plays all day long, and conversations are constant—even late at night and early in the morning. Most rooms don’t have air conditioning, so windows must stay open, which only amplifies the outside sounds. If peace and quiet matter to you, I’d strongly recommend bringing earplugs or considering a different property. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere.

The stay was excellent overall! The location is convenient, the rooms are spotless, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The only minor downside was that we were assigned to the top floor with no elevator access—getting up there was a bit of a workout—but everything else was perfect. The cleanliness level is outstanding; the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. One small suggestion: even though we had toilet paper when we arrived, the housekeeping team didn’t replace it after cleaning since we still had some left. It would’ve been great if they’d added a fresh roll regardless. Despite that tiny detail, the hotel offers fantastic value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again.
