The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially loved the breakfast area: spacious, well-lit, and cozy with great vibes. During breakfast, I asked for coffee or hot chocolate, only to be told, 'We don’t have milk today, so we can’t serve them.' When I asked why they couldn’t just get more milk, the staff replied, 'We’d have to call the manager.' That’s not a solution—it’s a red flag. No one followed up, and the situation remained unresolved. Poor management, minimal effort, and zero guest consideration made this stay frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent experience in Bogotá.
