The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, offering to hold our luggage until check-in time, which made our arrival so much smoother. They even proactively offered to call us as soon as our room was ready, allowing for a quick and early check-in. The location couldn’t be better—steps away from charming local cafés, shops, and the heart of Málaga’s historic district. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely book again on our next trip to Malaga. Truly a gem of a hotel.

Arriving at the apartment, we were shocked to find it literally dirty and disorganized—no cleaning had been done at all. We waited over an hour before someone finally showed up to do a rushed cleanup, barely spending 20 minutes and even skipping the floor mopping. For a property that markets itself as luxury, the customer service was far below expectations. We asked four times about flexibility with check-out time as compensation for the poor welcome, but only received a response at 9:30 PM—telling us there was no way they could accommodate our request, and not once did they offer any discount for the inconvenience caused. It was a truly disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Check-in was seamless through the online portal, and we were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to extend our checkout time at no extra cost. The unit itself is spacious, bright, and well-lit, with a smart layout that maximizes comfort. We felt right at home from day one. Excellent value for money and a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Málaga.

It’s just a short walk from the main street, making dining, shopping, and exploring super convenient. The staff were attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure we felt welcome. With its unbeatable location, great amenities, and warm hospitality, this place is highly recommended. I’d definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to friends or family.

As a group of young women, we felt disrespected when they sent us blunt text messages with no courtesy. The situation worsened when we collected our luggage—the front desk staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our presence, making us feel like an inconvenience. This negative interaction really dampened our otherwise positive impression. It's a shame because the location and accommodations are strong points. We hope the management addresses these service issues, as first impressions matter, and respectful treatment should be standard for every guest.
