This negative interaction really dampened our otherwise positive impression. It's a shame because the location and accommodations are strong points. We hope the management addresses these service issues, as first impressions matter, and respectful treatment should be standard for every guest.

Entry is smartphone-based, but the free Wi-Fi works reliably every time we approach the building, so no connectivity issues. Overall, this place stands out as one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed at in Malaga.
