Communication throughout the booking and stay was seamless via the platform, and the owner was incredibly responsive, always ready to help with any request or question. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of style, location, and hospitality. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Málaga—truly a city break gem!

Perfect location—right in the heart of Málaga, just steps away from everything you need. The shower has excellent water pressure, making it a real pleasure to use. The kitchen is a bit dated, but functional for preparing simple meals; the fridge is definitely the star here—keeping things cool and fresh. Cleaning is done every third day, which is ideal—no early morning knocks on the door disrupting your peace. Communication with the owner before arrival was smooth and helpful, especially since I arrived after 6 PM when the front desk was closed. They made arrangements without any hassle. Overall, this place offers great value and a relaxed stay in a fantastic spot. Highly recommend!

Staying in a ground-floor studio on Calle Dos Aceras was convenient for reaching the lively heart of Málaga, but the experience came with serious downsides. The main issue was the massive construction site directly outside my window—loud metal scaffolding and constant foot and bike traffic continued until 4 a.m., making sleep nearly impossible. After two exhausting nights suffering from headaches and ear pain, I requested a room change, but the response was dismissive. I ended up seeking help from the British Consulate. To make matters worse, access codes for my apartment were never sent initially—I had to chase them twice after 4 p.m. by phone. The Wi-Fi code also took 48 hours to arrive, even after visiting the office in person. Staff were unhelpful and lacked empathy. Thankfully, the owner of a nearby pizzeria offered assistance and let me use their internet connection—a small kindness that made a big difference. She mentioned she’d heard similar complaints before. If I’d read earlier reviews on Tripadvisor, I definitely wouldn’t have booked through this provider. Sharing my experience and photos here to help others avoid the same frustration.

This negative interaction really dampened our otherwise positive impression. It's a shame because the location and accommodations are strong points. We hope the management addresses these service issues, as first impressions matter, and respectful treatment should be standard for every guest.

Overall, this place stands out as one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed at in Malaga. Located on the fourth floor of a sleek building in a bustling shopping street, it’s just steps away from the modern and impressive train station—perfect for hopping on trains to the airport, Barcelona, Madrid, and beyond. The station itself feels like a mini shopping mall, with plenty of restaurants and shops around, making it super convenient. The apartment is simple but well-designed: a compact bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed and satellite TV (you can catch Rai channels), and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob and a washing machine—ideal for longer stays. The only downside? Limited free parking. We ended up using a nearby underground lot, which cost 30 euros per day—definitely pricey. Still, if you’re planning to use public transit (which is highly recommended here), this isn’t a dealbreaker. With its central location, smart layout, and solid amenities, this flat offers excellent value for travelers who prioritize convenience and urban access.
