This apartment is absolutely perfect for exploring Barcelona. We were just a 25-minute walk from Park Güell, only 30 minutes by metro to the Guggenheim Museum, and within 25 minutes of Sagrada Família—plus the famous Plaça de Catalunya is just a 20-minute stroll away. It’s incredibly convenient, whether you’re walking or hopping on the metro. The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our group of five—no complaints at all. The location is ideal: right on a busy street with shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, so everything we needed was within reach. Customer service was quick and helpful—we sent a message via chat and got an instant reply. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We stayed at this property for five days and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, a short 20-minute stroll from Park Güell, yet far enough from the busiest streets to enjoy peaceful nights. Our Deluxe room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. It comes with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and all essential amenities. The kitchen is shared but not in any way like a hostel—it’s just a convenient space to make coffee, heat up leftovers, or prepare a quick meal when you want to save money. We never found it messy or crowded, which was a big plus. Albert and Yasmin, the hosts, were incredibly warm and helpful—they gave us great tips on transportation, local dining spots, and must-see attractions. Their hospitality made a real difference. This place truly stands out, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I could reach most places on foot within 30 minutes or by just 3–6 stops on the subway. The rooftop terrace is unbeatable—huge panoramic views in every direction, perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. It’s truly a magical experience. Inside, the apartment was fully equipped with kitchenware, stove, fridge, and everything needed to cook your own meals. Nearby supermarkets make grocery shopping convenient, so you’re free to cook whenever you want. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning in our room and no exhaust fan in the bathroom—but opening the windows created excellent cross-ventilation, which made up for it easily. Overall, this place offers incredible value, stunning views, and unbeatable convenience. Highly recommended for travelers who want comfort, independence, and a real local vibe.

I stayed at Marti-Codolar Residencia Salesiana in Barcelona for seven nights while leading a Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) course attended by participants from 13 different nationalities. The food throughout the stay was exceptional—breakfast was thoughtfully provided even though our sessions started at 8:00 AM, and they even offered a picnic-style meal with hard-boiled eggs upon request. While the room is simple and basic—fitting its nature as a residence—it’s incredibly comfortable. Waking up to birdsong every morning felt like being in the countryside, adding a peaceful touch to the experience. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, maintenance responded quickly to any minor issues, and the kitchen team truly stood out with their generosity, fresh ingredients, and healthy, delicious meals. Their dedication made all the difference. A huge thank you to everyone for the outstanding hospitality. This place offers more than just accommodation—it delivers a genuine, uplifting experience.

I strongly advise against staying at this apartment. We were never making any noise, yet the management refused to return our security deposit on the grounds that we disturbed neighbors—completely false. There’s a hidden microphone in the unit, and as soon as it picks up any conversation, they call to warn us about complaints from neighbors, which never actually happened. The place is in terrible condition: no shower curtain, a broken lounge chair for over two years, a dangerously loose staircase, torn sofa, and terrace doors that won’t lock. Multiple other reviews mention the exact same issues—this isn’t an isolated case. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and reliable stay in Barcelona, avoid this property. It’s not worth the risk or the price.
