When I reached my floor, I noticed the hallway was filled with cleaning carts, and my door was already open. I rushed inside to search, but couldn’t find them. Later that evening in Tokyo, I called back to follow up. The staff member confirmed there was no trace of the lost items, but her kindness made all the difference. First, I was disconnected due to language barriers—but I tried again using my phone’s translation app. Though her English was limited, she listened patiently, apologized repeatedly, and clearly tried her best to help. Her effort, warmth, and professionalism touched me deeply. Even though I didn’t recover the scarves, this experience only strengthened my respect for the team. Despite the disappointment, I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yokohama. Excellent value, great service, and a memorable stay.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent comfort, smart location, and genuine hospitality. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had in Yokohama.
