The staff couldn’t be more welcoming—genuine smiles and warm hospitality that truly stood out. My first room was fantastic: modern, spacious, and with a beautifully designed bathroom that made the stay really enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it! The only downside was my request for a room as far as possible from the elevator—unfortunately, I ended up with one right next to it, likely due to availability or a miscommunication. On the second night, a loud pump kicked on and off every five seconds, making sleep nearly impossible. The front desk responded quickly by offering a room change, which helped, but the new room was noticeably older and less stylish than the first. Plus, directly across from the window, the neighbor hotel’s massive air conditioning units were constantly humming—a sound like being on a plane. Still, despite this minor issue, the overall experience was excellent. Location, service, and comfort make this a standout choice for travelers.
