Their responsiveness and warmth stand out compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed at across multiple countries. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a well-balanced mattress—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel cozy. Linens are crisp, clean, and smooth to the touch, while towels are fresh, plush, and branded with the hotel’s logo—such a nice detail. Breakfast is thoughtfully varied; the chef at the buffet line actually prepares different dishes each day instead of repeating the same menu, which keeps it interesting. While not fancy, the food is always satisfying, flavorful, and abundant—never left me hungry. On the ground floor, there’s a small convenience store, coin-operated laundry machines (they provide detergent pods and even loan drying racks), and vending machines offering everything from socks to power banks at great prices.
