The value for money is outstanding—clean rooms, most recently renovated with a modern touch, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. But what truly stands out is the staff—especially Frau Fischer, whose warm and welcoming attitude makes you feel like you're visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel. Just a short walk from the bus stop, you can easily reach Niendorfer Markt, and from there, take the U2 line all the way to Jungfernstieg. Everything is so accessible, making it perfect for exploring Hamburg. With such great comfort, convenience, and hospitality, we’ll definitely be back.

We booked apartment C in Eppendorf without realizing it wasn’t listed on the website. Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed—the actual unit looked nothing like the photos and descriptions shown for apartments A and B. To make matters worse, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all. After raising a complaint, cleaning was done the next day, but no refund or discount was offered for the first night spent in an uncleaned room. With limited time and no alternative accommodations available for two adults and a 2-year-old child, we had no choice but to stay. While we understand things happen, it’s frustrating when basic information isn’t transparent upfront. Hopefully, the platform can improve listing accuracy to prevent future guests from facing the same situation.
