While there’s no free airport transfer, no kettle, and no laundry service, they do offer free luggage storage, plus complimentary lemon water and apples—small touches that make a big difference. For a trip to Heidelberg, I booked a bus ticket via the platform, choosing to board at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) with pickup at Terminal 1’s parking area—just a quick 5-minute walk from the arrival level. I bought a one-day public transit pass at the tram tracks near the station entrance using cash or card—perfect for getting around town. All major sights, including the castle, are within easy reach.
