One of the cleanest hotels near the harbor I've stayed at—truly impressive! The location is fantastic, just a short walk or quick metro ride from the waterfront, with plenty of dining options and shops nearby. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and fresh air throughout. It’s also very reasonably priced for what you get. Service was polite and adequate—not overly enthusiastic, but professional and reliable. Overall, this was one of my most satisfying stays during my trip to Düsseldorf. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable option close to the riverfront, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The balcony overlooks a P-garage, so the view isn’t great. The front side of the building faces a busy tram line and traffic, making mornings noisy and hard to relax. Several faucets were dripping or malfunctioning, clearly needing maintenance. Most disappointing was the price—it’s too high for what’s actually offered. With better value alternatives available nearby, this place doesn’t justify the cost, especially for a short visit. Would not recommend unless you’re on a tight schedule and have no other options.

He refused, hung up mid-conversation, and didn’t respond to my follow-up messages. Left with no choice, I stayed at another hotel overnight, expecting to check in the next morning. To my shock, my reservation was canceled for 'no-show' and I was charged the full amount. This wasn’t just poor communication—it was completely unreasonable and felt like being taken advantage of. There’s no excuse for such a lack of professionalism or basic courtesy. It’s disappointing to see such a negative experience from a host who should’ve been supportive. I hope the platform steps in to address this issue—this kind of treatment shouldn’t happen to any guest.

Check-in is done via key boxes located to the left of the door near the garage entrance. I missed the email with instructions, but the staff kindly walked me through the process over the phone—super easy once you know how. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and come with free Wi-Fi and coffee-making facilities. There’s even a dedicated breakfast area, which adds a nice touch. Everything about this place feels thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the metro, the old town, and plenty of great restaurants. Public transport access is super convenient, making it easy to explore the city. However, the front desk service was disappointing. The concierge didn’t know how to enter our building tower and kept walking us back and forth trying different doors with his key card. Worse, he didn’t hand over our room access cards right away. We had to go back to the front desk to request them, but no one could assist at the time. We were told they’d be delivered to our room, but that never happened. We had to ask again the next morning before finally getting them. We also had a kitchen, but it came with almost zero cooking essentials—no pots, pans, spoons, or basic utensils. After asking for help, we had to go back to the front desk ourselves just to get someone to deliver the basics so we could cook dinner. On check-out, I requested a printed summary for expense claims. The front desk agent didn’t know how to print it, and when I asked for an email copy, he didn’t know how to do that either. It took until the next day for the manager to handle it. This wasn’t just a one-off issue—it reflected a pattern of underwhelming service. For the price of a 5-star property, I expected much better. The experience simply didn’t match the standard I’d expect.
