The staff go above and beyond—friendly, professional, always greeting guests with a smile and eager to assist. Daily buffet breakfast is a highlight: generous portions, good variety, and great quality. It’s definitely worth waking up early for. A major plus is the direct airport bus service to Kansai Airport, priced at just ¥1,800 per person. The bus stop is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, accessible via the side entrance from the lobby—no hassle, just quick and efficient. The area around the hotel is bustling with restaurants, convenience stores, and local gems. Black Gate Market is only a 20-minute walk away, while Shinsaibashi takes about 30 minutes—perfect for exploring the city without needing a car or long transit times.
