The location is convenient—though the map shows it’s close to the Palacio de los Deportes, in reality there’s no noise or disturbance from that side. The hotel sits just across a main road, and you enter through a quiet side street, so it feels peaceful and well-located without being overwhelmed by nearby activity. Parking is available on-site for €27 per night, which is a bit pricey but worth it for the security—the parking area has a gated entrance with staff on duty at the front desk, giving peace of mind. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but there’s a nearby café offering affordable options. Just note that their opening hours aren’t fixed, so timing matters. Overall, this is a solid choice if you value convenience, safety, and a good balance between price and comfort.

Despite having 7 floors and somewhat old-fashioned elevators, they work perfectly fine and don’t hinder the experience at all. The real highlight is the unbeatable location—situated right between two metro stations (Gran Via and Sevilla), with a bus stop just outside the door. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Primark, and you can reach Plaza Mayor, along with the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree monument, in under 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for exploring Madrid’s city center without needing a car. Great value, excellent convenience, and a top choice for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility.
