What really stood out was the staff's warm hospitality; they went out of their way to help with luggage right from the moment we arrived, making us feel welcome instantly. The location is excellent—just a short walk from a variety of restaurants and local eateries, though prices are on the higher side, which is expected in such a central area. Still, the convenience and quality make it worth it. Getting around the city via metro is super easy, and key attractions are just minutes away. If you're visiting Bogotá and want comfort, great service, and a prime spot, this hotel is definitely a top pick.

Cleanliness stands out—especially impressive for Colombia, where standards can vary. The lobby has a stylish, contemporary vibe with ambient lighting and even DJ sets in the evenings, giving it a vibrant urban feel. Staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and patience truly made the experience memorable. If you're visiting Bogotá for work or leisure, this hotel offers outstanding value and comfort. Highly recommended!

He personally curated a local breakfast that was both flavorful and culturally authentic—highlighted by a rich Colombian soup made with 23 regional ingredients. The variety of creative canapés added a delightful touch, elevating the whole morning experience. What truly sets Ignacio apart is his dynamic approach to service: he goes beyond standard hospitality by offering meaningful insights into Colombian cuisine and culture. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to sharing their heritage through food. I left feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely inspired. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, getting into downtown Bogotá was super easy—just a short taxi ride away, and there are plenty of cabs waiting right outside. Plus, there's a large supermarket nearby, which made stocking up on essentials a breeze. The convenience, cleanliness, and overall experience make this hotel a top pick. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bogotá—it’s a great balance of comfort, location, and value.

I have a special connection to this hotel— I did my internship here 28 years ago, and it’s still one of my favorite places in Bogotá. The elegance remains intact, and the location is among the most desirable in the city, quiet yet convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a clean, calming atmosphere. The bathroom is particularly impressive—luxurious and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast is an absolute highlight: a wide variety of high-quality dishes, including fresh, local Colombian fruits that you just can’t find anywhere else. The staff truly stand out—especially Edwin at the front desk, and Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant, who go above and beyond with their warm, efficient service. They remember your name, anticipate your needs, and make you feel like a valued guest. I always make it a point to book here whenever I’m in Bogotá. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a homecoming experience.
