My stay at Crowne Plaza Dallas Market Center - Love Field was excellent overall! I booked a twin room online but since I was traveling solo, I reached out to the front desk and they kindly upgraded me to a king-size bed room on a higher floor—perfect for quiet, restful sleep. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had modern amenities. The bathroom was clean and smelled fresh, which is always a plus. I arrived late at night, and while parking was listed at $15, the staff waived the fee after a quick conversation—really appreciated that touch of hospitality. A heads-up: my Chinese bank card worked fine for the deposit, but cash in USD wasn’t accepted. Also, the refund took a bit longer than expected—likely due to international banking processing times. It’s true that using credit cards for deposits ties up funds for a while, which can be inconvenient, especially if you’ve stayed at multiple hotels. Still, the service, cleanliness, and location make this hotel a standout choice. I’d definitely book here again.

My brother was fighting for his life at the hospital just down the street, and we arrived at this hotel completely unaware of Sonesta. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond—kind, respectful, and genuinely compassionate during one of the hardest times we’ve ever faced. The team, especially the ladies on duty, made a lasting impression with their warmth and thoughtfulness. It’s been over two years now, but I still remember how much their kindness meant to us when we needed it most. If those team members are still there, they absolutely deserve recognition. This experience reminded me that hospitality isn’t just about comfort—it’s about humanity. I’d recommend this place not just for its location, but for the people who make you feel seen, supported, and cared for when it matters most.

I absolutely love this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about my stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the free breakfast—perfect for starting the day right. The location is unbeatable, just a short drive from downtown Dallas and Irving, making it ideal for both business trips and weekend getaways. It truly feels like home away from home. If you're in the area, this is a must-stay option—you won't be disappointed.

The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. While there aren’t many shops right outside the hotel, it’s just a short ride to downtown Dallas via public transit, and there are a few convenient fast food spots and small convenience stores nearby for essentials. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast—generous portions and tasty. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Dallas.

Staying at the Super 8 by Wyndham Dallas Love Field Airport was a great experience overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable—bedding was cozy, and all essentials were provided. Free parking is a definite plus for travelers driving to the hotel. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, perfect for a quick dip after a long day or just relaxing under the Texas sun. What stood out most was how close it is to Love Field Airport—just a short drive away, making early flights or last-minute check-ins super convenient. Despite being a budget-friendly chain property, the staff were friendly, the facility was well-kept, and the value for money was excellent. If you're looking for a no-fuss, reliable stay near the airport, this place delivers without any surprises.

I stayed at the MCM Elegante Hotel in Dallas for two nights while attending a convention held in their well-organized meeting and event spaces. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful—everything was set up perfectly in advance, including fresh water in the event rooms. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it ideal for rest and relaxation after long conference days. The housekeeping team kept the bathrooms spotless throughout my stay, and assistance was always just a call away. I also appreciated how walkable the area is—there are several great restaurants and even a Starbucks just a short stroll from the hotel. With its excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations, I’d absolutely return without hesitation.

I was really hoping for better energy from the front desk staff, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen. I ended up stuck in Dallas during a layover due to a delayed flight and booked this hotel without realizing there are two airports—this property is actually near DWL, not DAL where I landed. That made getting here extremely inconvenient. I called to see if I could cancel or transfer my reservation to a closer Wyndham location, but after three minutes of ringing, someone finally answered with just ‘Hello?’—no introduction, no mention of the property. As I tried to explain my situation, I was repeatedly interrupted with ‘What terminal? What terminal?’ before being hung up on. It took three more calls before I finally reached someone who listened—after reintroducing myself and asking to speak to a manager, only to be told, ‘I am the only manager.’ At last, I got a chance to share my story, but even then, there was no solution offered. That’s okay—I understand policies aren’t always flexible—but the attitude was unacceptable. The staff member seemed clearly unwell mentally, showing zero empathy or care for guests in need. I spent way too much time and emotional energy dealing with something that should’ve been simple. Travel is stressful enough without having to battle negative energy from people you’re supposed to rely on for help. When I finally got through again, I politely wished them a good night, and I sincerely hope the team here receives the support they need to rediscover their passion for guest service. P.S. I also reached out to the booking site for assistance—was on hold for 18 minutes while they tried (and failed) to contact the hotel. A refund is still pending, and I had to book another room at a different Wyndham property. While I can’t comment on the actual accommodations here, customer service alone earns this place zero stars. Heartbroken and disappointed.

My stay at Candlewood Suites Dallas Market Cntr-Love Field was mostly positive, especially considering the location—just a short walk from downtown and super convenient for getting around. The first morning, Sunday, I had a bit of a rough interaction with the front desk staff—they were uncooperative with simple requests. But then on Monday morning, the shift seemed to completely turn around—the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It really felt like it depended on who was on duty. Despite that one hiccup, the hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value. The room was comfortable, the amenities worked perfectly, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Dallas.

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at this hotel! The place is spotless, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the bed was just right—not too soft, not too firm. I had a great night’s sleep and woke up feeling refreshed. It’s located just minutes from downtown Dallas, and public transit makes getting around super easy. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, so dinner options were never an issue. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and even left a small welcome gift in the room. Great value for the price, and I’ll definitely be coming back if I visit Dallas again.
