We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of champagne upon check-in, which added a special touch to our stay. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: most of Prague’s top attractions, including the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, are just a 5-10 minute walk away. You don’t need to rely on public transport at all. While the building isn’t brand new and has a classic, slightly vintage charm in its decor, cleanliness was outstanding. Every surface was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom felt freshly sanitized. The check-in process involved filling out a form, but it was quick and hassle-free. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for families or travelers who value comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. I’d definitely book here again when visiting Prague.

The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, located in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to most attractions on foot. Public transportation, including trams, was convenient and frequent. The only downside was the noise from the busy street outside—earplugs are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the check-in process wasn’t smooth: no information was sent ahead of time, so I had to call to find out where to pick up the keys. Also, the key collection point closed at 11 PM, and it would’ve been helpful to know it was closing soon after arrival. Despite these hiccups, the apartment itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and stylish. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Prague.

The staff at reception went above and beyond—special thanks to Dasha, who speaks fluent Italian and made communication so easy, and Kata, whose local tips and recommendations truly enhanced our trip. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. This hotel offers incredible value and a memorable experience. I’d absolutely stay here again.
