Staying at Shangri-La Chiang Mai was an absolute highlight of my trip. The hotel is one of the largest in the city center, perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from the famous night market—so much to explore right outside the door, with countless restaurants and shops nearby. Getting to the airport takes only about 10–15 minutes by car, which made my travel plans super smooth. The property is spacious and well-designed, with a huge pool that has both shallow and deep ends, plus a fun splash area perfect for kids. There are plenty of family-friendly activities, making it ideal for travelers with children. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options from local Thai dishes to international favorites. The staff were incredibly attentive; anything I needed, whether it was extra towels or room service, arrived quickly and with a smile. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality combined with top-notch facilities. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and luxury—definitely worth every penny.

And yes, I actually bumped into Lei Jiaxin and his family — talk about a surprise! The riverfront loungers are pure bliss; I napped there for the entire afternoon. The highlight? I arrived on Mid-Autumn Festival. After a long day, I slipped into the spacious bathtub, lit candles, and just stared out at the moonlight. It felt like a moment suspended in time. The Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel is incredibly well located—just steps away from two great massage shops on either side of the entrance, making it super convenient for relaxation after a long day. Even though the lobby is still under renovation, there’s no noise disturbance at all, and the rooms don’t carry any construction smell—truly impressive. The housekeeping team is top-notch; every room is spotless and meticulously maintained. Staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The pool has been fully renovated and is now open, offering a peaceful retreat with a beautiful setting. Communication with the hotel team via email was prompt and professional—every inquiry was answered quickly. Overall, this place exceeds expectations in comfort, service, and convenience. A truly memorable stay that I’d happily repeat.

This is my third time staying at Anantara Chiang Mai Serviced Suites, and I can confidently say I’m even more in love with it than before. The location is unbeatable—right next to Anurak Market, with a small convenience store and a large supermarket just steps away. Eating out and grocery shopping are so convenient, no need to go far. The property is split between standard rooms and suites, separated by a quiet street. I personally prefer the rooms—the atmosphere is cozier, and just lying in bed watching the trees sway outside feels incredibly peaceful. The suites, on the other hand, are perfect for families or groups of friends who want more space and room to gather without feeling cramped. Breakfast is excellent—wide variety, satisfying both local and international tastes. My favorite part? Having breakfast by the riverbank, enjoying the morning breeze and the gentle sound of flowing water. No matter how many times I visit Chiang Mai, this is always my go-to hotel. It’s consistently comfortable, well-located, and delivers a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel’s foyer has a sophisticated charm, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of variety and delicious quality. The Inside House

Staying at The Inside House in Chiang Mai was an absolute delight from start to finish. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication seamless throughout our visit. One of the male team members even spoke fluent Chinese—such a thoughtful touch for international guests. We arrived early and weren’t checked in yet, so we went out shopping. When we returned, our luggage had already been moved into our room—so attentive! A staff member even accompanied us upstairs to personally show us around the room, explain all the amenities, and give us details about breakfast and afternoon tea offerings. Every time we came or went out, they greeted us with warm smiles—genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, the stay was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect—just steps away from key attractions. This wasn’t just a place to sleep; it was an experience filled with joy and care. I left feeling truly refreshed and happy—highly recommend for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
