Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa

I stayed here alone for a week—picked it randomly from the list on the platform, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. This was my first solo trip, and I went in with no expectations, but by the end of the week, I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The hotel is absolutely stunning—luxurious yet welcoming, with breathtaking views of the beach. What really stood out was the staff: incredibly warm, attentive, and respectful. As a woman traveling alone, I never felt uneasy or overlooked; instead, I felt genuinely cared for, just like every other guest. Special thanks to Fahim, Marco, Ahmed, and Mahmoud—you made this trip unforgettable. The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness truly set this place apart. I’m already planning my return. If you’re looking for a peaceful, inspiring getaway with exceptional service, this is the place to be.

Special thanks to Manager-Ma’am Malika—she truly felt like a guardian angel. She was always available, incredibly attentive, and made us feel completely at ease during our time in Egypt. Her warm personality and quick problem-solving skills made a huge difference, especially with our family. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff, particularly Ragoiba, who consistently kept our room (in Block 26) spotless every single day—attention to detail is impressive. The dining experience was absolutely outstanding—plenty of variety with fresh red fish daily and a wide selection of meats. The lush greenery creates a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere, and there are about 6 to 7 à la carte restaurants on-site, plus a dedicated food court within the aquapark. I loved the convenience of grabbing beer with chips at one of the on-property bars—perfect for a relaxed evening. Overall, every aspect of our stay left us with nothing but positive memories. We’re definitely planning to return here with the kids soon—it’s the kind of place that truly makes vacation dreams come true.

Monte Carlo Sharm Resort & Spa

This was our 25th visit to Sharm El Sheikh—my husband’s 10th. We arrived around 8 PM and were immediately struck by the elegant Egyptian-style lobby, complete with a stunning waterfall feature on the wall. The welcome was warm: fresh juice and cool towels were offered right away, followed by check-in procedures before being directed to dinner. While we’d read some mixed reviews about food quality, the reality was far worse than expected. After dinner, we returned to reception where a young staff member named Mahmoud informed us—and two other couples who arrived on the same bus—that the hotel was nearly fully booked. Our pre-booked “Garden View” room wasn’t available, so we’d be moved into a larger upgraded suite for now, with a transfer back to our original room scheduled for the next day between 10 and 11 AM. Others accepted this without hesitation, but we were already tired from a late flight and didn’t want to lose another full day moving again. We politely insisted on staying in our confirmed room, even if it meant adjusting the schedule. Mahmoud apologized but said there was nothing he could do. Then the general manager, Tamer, stepped in—also apologetic, confirming no alternative was possible. At that point, we were truly disappointed, almost considering contacting our travel agent to switch hotels. But thankfully, the team recognized our seriousness. They checked the system again and found a way to assign us a sea-view room—no extra charge, and no future move required. As a gesture of goodwill, Tamer personally arranged fruit delivery to our room. Relief washed over us. We were finally able to settle in. The room was in building I, second floor—a spacious, spotless unit with no signs of wear or fatigue like some online reviews suggest. Furniture and bathroom fixtures were modern and well-maintained. Bed linens, towels, and robes were crisp white. Plenty of mirrors, excellent lighting with multiple lamps and ambient strips—very functional and stylish. The bathroom had both a bathtub and shower, so no need to wait for each other. The balcony was huge, filled with blooming bougainvillea, sturdy outdoor furniture, and breathtaking views of the sea, Tiran Island, and spectacular sunrises. Everything you’d expect was included—from toothbrushes to bathrobes. Mini-bar is restocked daily with local sodas (really tasty!), cola, Fanta, Sprite, and snacks like waffles. A full tea and coffee station is provided. Housekeeping was impeccable—even under the bed was spotless. Ahmed, our floor cleaner, was quiet but clearly dedicated—he even made little folded designs from the bedsheet every day. When we asked for more hangers, he brought four extra ones the same day. By morning after our first night, we finally felt like our vacation had truly begun.

Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort & Spa

Staying at Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort & Spa was an absolute delight from start to finish. What really stood out was how quickly they replenished food stations; there was never a moment when something was missing. Every meal felt like a treat. Whether I was swimming laps or just soaking up the sun, it was the perfect spot to unwind. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, making it easy to truly disconnect and recharge. This resort delivers on every front—service, food, comfort, and ambiance—and offers incredible value for such a relaxing getaway.

Mövenpick Sharm El Sheikh

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location is perfect—right on the beach with easy access to the water via a sandy shore and a wooden pier. The coral reef just offshore is stunning, teeming with colorful fish—definitely bring snorkeling fins, you won’t regret it. Dining options are excellent: fresh fruits daily (especially the sweet melons), delicious meat and seafood, all well-prepared and varied. One small downside—no napkins provided at tables, but that’s a minor issue. The staff throughout the property are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Special shoutout to bar tenders Mrvan and Omar—they’ve got incredible creativity behind their cocktails, offering unique and refreshing drinks. The only real letdown? Entertainment. We saw two different groups during our stay, and neither was particularly energetic or engaging—seemed more focused on pushing guests toward paid nightclubs. If you’re after a quiet, relaxing getaway, this place is a top recommendation. But if you’re looking for lively nightlife or constant activities, you might want to consider another resort—or take a 20-minute walk along the coast to Namour Bay. Also, don’t forget mosquito repellent—some bugs were quite persistent in the room, affecting sleep quality. Overall, great value, beautiful setting, and excellent service. Definitely worth staying again!

Grand Oasis Resort

This is my second visit to Grand Oasis Resort — we stayed here last June with the family, and decided to come back in August this year, just the three of us. Despite it being one of the hottest months, the experience was still excellent. We arrived in Sharm El Sheikh without any delays, and were swiftly transferred to the hotel — it's actually the first on the airport pickup list, which made getting there super easy. The front desk staff, Sasha (Samuel), was incredibly warm and attentive. He remembered our previous visit and greeted us like old friends. While he handled our documents and voucher, he kindly suggested we head to the restaurant for lunch first while he got everything ready. We asked to be placed in the main building, on the second floor near the pool, but he recommended the third floor instead, saying the view would be better — and he wasn’t wrong. The view from our room was fantastic: directly overlooking both the pool and the sea. The room itself was standard, slightly worn but fully functional. Everything worked except the air conditioning — the airflow speed couldn’t be adjusted. After reporting it, a technician came by, fiddled with the control panel, but didn’t fix anything. We just repositioned the blinds properly and that solved it. For the third guest, they set up a fold-out bed — not a flimsy one, but a real, full-sized mattress, just a bit lower and slightly smaller. The mattress was firmer too, but still comfortable enough. One minor issue: the balcony door latch is different and doesn’t close securely if you’re not careful — I’ve included a photo for reference. What really stood out was the housekeeping. Our cleaner, Ahmed Asaad, was outstanding. Not only did he keep the room spotless, but he’d regularly check in to ask if we needed anything extra. Towels, linens, toiletries, tea supplies — all restocked without reminders. He speaks limited Russian, but English works fine, and Google Translate gets us through smoothly. Location-wise, staying in the main building was perfect — short walk to the lobby and restaurants without braving the August heat. The beach is a bit farther, but there’s a fun slide down, and we were happy to use the two new golf carts this year. It feels like management is finally addressing past issues. The grounds are lush and well-maintained — gardeners are active early in the morning, trimming, mowing, watering, but never intrusive. The beach area hasn’t changed much. Some lounge chairs are still broken, and the first-tier platform near the entrance (before the frog pond) could use an upgrade. But even at 10 a.m., we always found space — usually three spots side by side on the first row, and more available higher up. The pontoon is clearly outdated — it’s wobbling badly and needs replacing. There are still people walking around trying to hook guests into tours or spa packages, and photographers (or their assistants) offer styled photoshoots. No pressure, though. The beach bar remains unchanged — Ziad and Mina, the bartenders, are friendly and willing to make any drink request. If you're hoping for a quiet, low-key moment on the sand, you'll find it easier than expected. Overall, great value, relaxed vibe, ideal for families or small groups.

Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Staying at the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh was an absolute delight from start to finish. The highlight? Checking in early at 10 a.m. without any hassle—front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and made us feel instantly welcome. The snorkeling spot is fantastic for beginners: calm waters, easy access, and stunning coral reefs that glow in vibrant colors. While gear rental (like a life vest for $6) is extra, it’s well worth it—the underwater views are picture-perfect, even if the fish aren’t super abundant. The resort itself feels like a lush tropical garden, with beautifully layered greenery, winding pathways, serene pools, and scenic beach decks. Every corner is photogenic—perfect for capturing those dreamy vacation moments. Overall, this place nails every aspect of a luxury getaway: top-tier service, breathtaking surroundings, and a peaceful, immersive atmosphere. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a true retreat. One of the best stays I’ve had in Egypt, and definitely the most memorable part of my trip.
