That said, the snorkeling area near the resort isn’t particularly vibrant—coral and fish are limited, so don’t expect a rich underwater scene. Also, the resort is a bit removed from the main town, so getting around without a car can be tricky. There is shuttle service to the city, but it runs infrequently, so plan accordingly. If you’re up for something even better, head to El Fanar Zarda Cafe—its beach view is honestly one of the best in Sharm El Sheikh, especially at sunset. Or go further out and spend a night on Dahab Island—the scenery there is breathtaking, and the vibe is far more authentic and enjoyable than downtown Sharm. Trust me, Dahab is where the real magic happens.

The ocean-view room was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sunrise through the window was magical and exactly why we chose this hotel. The location is peaceful and quiet, with no nearby shops or commercial areas, so if you don’t book the full board package, you’ll need to pay for meals at the on-site restaurant. That said, it’s still convenient and gives you flexibility in dining choices. Transportation options are limited—while the hotel can arrange taxis or shuttle services, prices are quite high. And unfortunately, there’s no Uber available anywhere in Sharm El Sheikh, making getting around expensive and less convenient. The beach is serene and uncrowded, perfect for relaxing, but the coral reefs aren’t as vibrant as those near dedicated dive shops. We took a day trip to one of those spots, and wow—the energy, crowds, and variety of restaurants were much more lively and affordable. Regarding cleanliness, the staff did a great job overall. I especially loved the little towel flower left on the bed the second day! However, I noticed a small bump under the sheets, which bothered me a bit since I’m quite particular about bedding comfort. Also, the duvet insert was just sandwiched between two covers instead of being enclosed properly—during the night, it shifted out of place, leaving me cold and having to cover up with an extra blanket. Still, hygiene standards were excellent across the board.
