The bedside clock looks exactly as it did a decade ago—no signs of wear at all. It’s genuinely surprising and touching to see such consistency. Despite ongoing renovations, service levels remain top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special. If you’re looking for a luxurious, well-cared-for retreat in Changsha with thoughtful details and excellent hospitality, this is one of the best options around. What truly stood out was the incredible attention to detail: when we used the self-service laundry late at night and didn’t have time to hang our clothes, a housekeeping staff member named Cai quietly took care of it for us. When I retrieved my clothes the next morning, they were still warm—such a thoughtful touch! This level of care made the experience unforgettable. I ended up extending my stay just to enjoy the comfort and hospitality again. Changsha is amazing, but this hotel truly made it special. Highly recommend!

Stayed here with my ex-girlfriend, and honestly, the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed getaway. The hotel is conveniently located near Guanshaling Metro Station, making it easy to explore downtown Changsha by subway. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and feel modern—definitely not outdated. Everything from the furnishings to the bathroom was spotless and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We received a complimentary coffee from Kuddi (went with the Golden Award Americano), which was delicious and just the right boost after a long day. We also got a discount voucher for Huaxia Liangzi in West Changsha City Hall, though we didn’t get to use it this time. Overall, the experience was excellent—great location, cleanliness, service, and added perks make this a strong recommendation. I’d definitely stay here again.
