Stayed here with my ex-girlfriend, and honestly, the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed getaway. The hotel is conveniently located near Guanshaling Metro Station, making it easy to explore downtown Changsha by subway. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and feel modern—definitely not outdated. Everything from the furnishings to the bathroom was spotless and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We received a complimentary coffee from Kuddi (went with the Golden Award Americano), which was delicious and just the right boost after a long day. We also got a discount voucher for Huaxia Liangzi in West Changsha City Hall, though we didn’t get to use it this time. While the property is a well-established four-star hotel with slightly older facilities compared to brand-new ones, the management and service truly stand out. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff and lobby manager were warm and welcoming. Even the security guard at the entrance gave a respectful salute to each vehicle entering and exiting—small touches that make a big difference. My room (5178 in the annex) was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The bedding was fresh and hygienic, and all towels were individually wrapped—very reassuring. Breakfast was generous and varied, and I was pleasantly surprised to find free late-night snacks available in the evening. Housekeeping did a fantastic job—everything was spotless and meticulously cared for. Overall, this is a great value stay in a central location with reliable service and a comfortable atmosphere.
