The hotel is just a short walk from Changsha Railway Station, only about 700 meters to the exit of Metro Line 2—making it super convenient for getting around the city. Public transportation access is seamless, and taxis are readily available too. I appreciated that the hotel has its own spacious parking lot, which made arriving by car stress-free. While the property is a well-established four-star hotel with slightly older facilities compared to brand-new ones, the management and service truly stand out. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff and lobby manager were warm and welcoming. Even the security guard at the entrance gave a respectful salute to each vehicle entering and exiting—small touches that make a big difference. My room (5178 in the annex) was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The bedding was fresh and hygienic, and all towels were individually wrapped—very reassuring. Breakfast was generous and varied, and I was pleasantly surprised to find free late-night snacks available in the evening. Housekeeping did a fantastic job—everything was spotless and meticulously cared for. Overall, this is a great value stay in a central location with reliable service and a comfortable atmosphere. This hotel is by far the best value I've found in the area. The price is super reasonable, and everything from service to cleanliness is top-notch. I really appreciated the free herbal tea offered at the front desk—such a nice touch. The room has excellent natural light, and the sofa is designed like a Japanese tatami seating area, very cozy and unique. The air conditioning works wonderfully, keeping the room comfortably cool all night. Best of all, the Line 3 subway station is just a 300-meter walk away—perfect for getting around town easily. Plus, there's free parking both on the ground level and underground, which is a huge plus if you're driving. Overall, an outstanding stay—I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting!
