Right across from the hotel is the Hunan Provincial Theatre, and downstairs you’ll find Hua Tian Xiao Lu, a local favorite that delivers delicious food. Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. My friends who visited also praised the value and hospitality. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations, and I’m already planning to return. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—special thanks to Miss Wong (Xiangbo) and Miss Fung (Mengyao) for their consistently warm and attentive service. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dining staff were friendly and efficient. While some facilities show signs of aging, the room and common areas remained clean and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality and professionalism of the team—this is what made my stay so memorable. Despite minor wear and tear, the exceptional service earned this hotel a near-perfect score in my book. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a calm, elegant atmosphere. Every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Tina Yu Ting from the Guest Services Lounge who made our check-in experience so smooth—she was especially attentive to our elderly family members and our kids, even gifting them little welcome treats. Our riverside room offered stunning views, and the natural light flooded in during the day, making every moment feel special. There’s also a unique collaboration store with the Provincial Museum—my kids loved browsing through the themed souvenirs, which were reasonably priced and perfect as gifts. The pool temperature was ideal for children, and they had a blast playing around. Breakfast was fantastic too—diverse options that catered to all tastes, with a strong focus on healthy eating. Unfortunately, due to our packed itinerary, we didn’t get to try the hotel’s dining venues beyond a lovely afternoon tea and a satisfying evening buffet. Still, the overall experience was outstanding. If we ever return to Changsha, this will be our first choice again.
