Communication with the front desk was poor—the staff were rude and unhelpful. When we tried to explain our concerns, we received no proper response. To add insult to injury, we weren’t given a full refund despite the terrible conditions. There’s no way I’d recommend this place to anyone. It’s not just bad—it’s unacceptable. The experience was so far from what we expected that it left us frustrated and disappointed. If you’re visiting Istanbul, definitely look elsewhere. There are much better options nearby, especially if you value comfort, convenience, and basic respect.
