Also, I’m quite sensitive to noise, and the sound from the air conditioning unit kept me awake during the night. That said, overall my stay was still very positive. The location is unbeatable, the room was comfortable, and the attention to detail in the design stood out. I’d definitely consider returning, especially if they can improve on the quietness of the AC system.

However, one issue stands out: we were asked to pay a $100 deposit upon check-in, with a promise that it would be refunded within four days. It's now been 25 days, and the refund still hasn't arrived. I've reached out to the platform multiple times for assistance, hoping this can be resolved soon. Would appreciate any support in getting this matter settled.

The property matched the description perfectly. Spotlessly clean and incredibly convenient for a family of four. Its location is ideal—close to local restaurants, attractions, and everything Austin has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed exploring the city, which is a must-visit stop on any Texas road trip. The only downside was parking—available in the building but at an extra cost. It’s worth noting if you’re driving, so plan accordingly. Despite that, the overall experience was excellent, and we’d definitely return.
