Stayed for one night with two adults—this premium king-sized room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bed was soft, the air conditioning kept the room cool, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Located right in the heart of Hatyai, it's just a short walk to Kim Yung Market, and public transport or taxis are super convenient. Breakfast offered a decent variety of options with tasty flavors—enough to start the day right. What stood out was the on-site bar and nightclub, ideal for those who enjoy a laid-back evening vibe or want to unwind after exploring the city. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. With excellent location, great value, and a vibrant atmosphere, this hotel is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Hatyai. Would book again without hesitation.

Staying at Carrara Hotel Hatyai was a pleasant experience overall. The room had a modern, clean design with a queen-sized bed and a cozy sofa—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Both the bedroom and bathroom were well-maintained and spotless, which is always a plus. One thing to note: the water pressure in the shower was quite low, making for a less-than-ideal shower experience. Also, keep in mind that any additional guests beyond what was originally booked will incur extra charges, and no extra beds are provided—so be sure to check your booking details carefully. The hotel is located a bit away from Hatyai Market, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore on foot, but it’s still manageable by taxi or tuk-tuk. There are several local eateries and convenience stores nearby, so daily needs aren’t an issue. All in all, it’s a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and cleanliness without being right in the heart of the city. Good value for money.

This place exceeded all my expectations! Located just a short walk from the city center, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring everything Phuket has to offer. The apartment is clean, well-designed, and fully equipped with modern amenities—perfect for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make my visit enjoyable. They even upgraded my room without any extra charge, which was a nice surprise. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. With such great value and top-notch service, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
