This place is absolutely incredible—10 out of 10 is not an exaggeration. From the moment we stepped in, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, especially William—his smile made our stay feel personal. The estate itself is huge and full of surprises: you can pet alpacas in their enclosure, rent a boat to glide around the winding pond, try your hand at clay pigeon shooting, or even book a horseback ride through the grounds. The rooms are exceptional—soft fabric walls, plush carpeting, well-designed wardrobes, and an incredibly comfortable bed. Opening the windows to hear birds sing at dawn was such a peaceful touch. High ceilings give a spacious feel, and even the standard room sizes are generous—not cramped like some places. Evening service is thoughtful: chilled water and a little chocolate waiting for you back in the room. Dining options are top-notch—both lunch and dinner offer delicious, varied menus, with an impressive wine list and a breakfast spread that’s truly unbeatable. The bathrobes are ridiculously soft—like hugging a cloud—and the bathroom design feels like art. Ozen and Melisa at reception were incredibly helpful, offering local tour suggestions and dining tips that hit the mark perfectly. And a big shoutout to Ali and Mustafa from the ballboy team — their proactive service and friendly advice made us feel like VIPs, not just guests. They even shared hidden gems around the area that we wouldn’t have found on our own. It’s clear this hotel thrives because of its people. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness created a welcoming atmosphere that stays with you long after checkout. We left feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely cared for. The Samir Deluxe Hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for value and convenience. While the property isn't brand new, its unbeatable location more than makes up for it—right next to both the metro and tram lines, making city exploration super easy. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely return. Great value, great location, and a comfortable base for discovering Istanbul.

Staying at Freya Hotel was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from the metro, tram, and ferry stations across the Golden Horn and Bosphorus Strait. There's also a port nearby, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, and breakfast was solid, though slightly repetitive if you're staying for a full week. The staff were attentive and always ready to help. One of the highlights was the free pool on the second basement floor—perfect for a daily swim. I also enjoyed the sauna and steam room (15 EUR), which added a nice touch to my stay. Overall, this hotel delivers great value for money. Highly recommended and I’d definitely come back.

While parking can be a bit tricky due to the narrow streets, everything else more than makes up for it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent value for money. If you’re visiting Istanbul and want to be close to the action without sacrificing comfort, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!
