The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old city, just a short walk from major attractions and public transit. Staff were friendly and welcoming but struggled with English, which made communication challenging at times. Breakfast was underwhelming—plain, flavorless, and not worth the price. Overall, while the location is excellent, the room size, lack of amenities, and poor breakfast quality make this stay less than ideal. Would recommend checking other options if you're looking for better value and comfort.

Also, Wi-Fi in the rooms isn’t reliable enough for video calls or heavy streaming. Despite these small issues, the overall value for money is outstanding. Friendly staff, convenient access, and a central location make this a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, and overall it's a solid choice for visitors to Istanbul. The location is excellent—right in the heart of a vibrant area with plenty of shops nearby, perfect for both tourists and business travelers. It’s safe, quiet, and easy to get around. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Breakfast was fairly basic, and cleaning on the second and third day felt a bit rushed. At check-out, the staff wasn’t very helpful—despite having five suitcases, we were told by the concierge that since only two people were checking out, we could handle our bags ourselves. That comment was a bit dismissive, especially when we had clearly more luggage than just two people would carry. Still, I appreciate the convenience and comfort of the stay. For the price and location, it’s a good option, and I’d consider returning.

Don't let the negative reviews scare you—this hotel is actually quite decent for its location. It's not a 4-star property, but it's a solid mid-range option in the heart of Istanbul. We stayed in the London room, and all rooms are named after cities—a nice touch. The building feels a bit worn down, and a cosmetic refresh would definitely help. Check-in was before 2 PM, and some rooms were ready while others required a short wait. Two Russian-speaking housekeepers arrived promptly and cleaned our room efficiently. Only one bath towel was provided per guest—slightly inconvenient. The TV in our room didn’t work, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout the property. We experienced zero noise during our stay—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Being right in the city center means everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was surprisingly good: a wide variety of fresh vegetables, a hearty lentil soup, scrambled eggs, fries, and one type of cake. Not fancy, but satisfying. After reading so many bad reviews, I was genuinely worried about what to expect—but the reality was much better than anticipated. If you're looking for a no-frills, centrally located place with decent value, this could be a good choice.
