The apartment itself is compact, so moving around requires a bit of careful maneuvering; you’ll definitely need to squeeze past each other in tight spots. That said, what really stood out was how much time I spent waiting for maintenance work to be completed during my visit. It was a bit disruptive, especially since it took up most of my stay. Overall, the hotel has great potential with its cozy vibe and convenient location, but improving facility upkeep would make the experience much smoother.

The garden area is perfect for relaxing with a drink in the evening—very peaceful and pleasant. Parking is plentiful, with both garage and on-street options nearby, which is a big plus if you're driving. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it super easy to get into Munich. A local bar, two restaurants, and a supermarket are all within a 10-minute stroll—great for convenience and atmosphere. We didn’t try the restaurants, but they were busy, which says something! Definitely consider visiting Motorworld—it’s a short trip from the hotel and absolutely worth it. Amazing collection of classic and exotic cars, perfect for photos and car lovers. Overall, if you’re okay with a 20-minute commute to central Munich, this hotel offers more value than you’d expect. Great choice for a relaxed, well-located stay.

On New Year’s Eve, we even got treated to a stunning fireworks display right outside the hotel—such a magical surprise! This place offers great value, excellent service, and unbeatable location. No issues at all, and the overall vibe felt safe and inclusive. Great value for money, especially if you're looking for a no-frills but reliable base in Munich.
