I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel am Ostpark! The location is perfect—just a short subway ride into Munich's city center, and the quiet neighborhood makes it feel like a peaceful retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my visit. I was hoping to book another stay for next year, but unfortunately couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk despite multiple attempts. I’d really appreciate if the hotel could make contact details—like a phone number or email address—more visible on their website or in guest communications. It would make rebooking so much easier. Overall, this place has great potential, and with better access to customer service, it would be even more fantastic. Definitely planning to return!

I stayed here with my husband for nearly a year while searching for a larger apartment, and it truly felt like coming home. The staff were consistently friendly and always ready to assist with any issue—whether it was a late-night package delivery or a quick fix for something in the room. Packages can be securely received at the front desk, which made daily life much smoother. The room is compact, so it works best for short stays or if you're only planning on staying 2–3 months; longer stays might make it feel a bit tight for two people. That said, the air conditioning was a game-changer during the hot summer months—it kept the space comfortable even when it was sweltering outside. There’s a laundry room in the basement with coin-operated machines and dryers, perfect for handling laundry without leaving the building. If you have a car, parking spots can be reserved in the underground garage—very convenient. Just steps away, there's a grocery store where you can pick up anything you need, and the post office is nearby too. Ostbahnhof station is only a 15-minute walk, but buses stop right in front of the hotel, making commuting easy. And across the street? Amazing dining options—from cozy bakeries serving fresh pastries for breakfast to excellent Chinese and Italian restaurants for lunch and dinner. Whether you're just passing through or starting a new chapter in Munich, this place offers comfort, convenience, and a real sense of community. It’s not just a hotel—it feels like your second home.

Staying at Holiday Inn Express Munich - City East was an absolute delight! The hotel is spotless and meticulously clean, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist with anything you needed. One of the standout features was the excellent soundproofing in the room; we barely heard any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, making for a truly peaceful night’s sleep. Located just a short metro ride from the city center, it’s super convenient for exploring Munich’s vibrant neighborhoods and dining scene. There are so many great restaurants and cafes nearby—perfect for grabbing a bite after a long day of sightseeing. The overall value is outstanding, and the experience was flawless. This is my second stay at Moxy Munich Ostbahnhof, and I’m just as happy with the experience! While we didn’t get a corner room this time around, the hotel still delivered on comfort, style, and convenience. The location is excellent—right next to the train station, making it super easy to explore Munich and beyond. The modern, vibrant design adds character, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s clear that attention to detail matters here. I’d definitely come back again—this place has become one of my go-to spots in Munich.

We drove from north to south across Germany and stayed at four hotels in three different cities, including another Hampton by Hilton in Berlin. Still, this one in Munich City Center East stands out as the best experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Finding parking was easy, and even if you're not driving, getting into the city center via public transportation is super convenient. What really impressed me was that this was the only hotel among all our stays that offered daily room cleaning—such a thoughtful touch! It made the stay so much more comfortable and hygienic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about Oktoberfest events and local attractions with genuine enthusiasm. Even though the room didn’t have a fridge, I mentioned it at reception and they happily stored cold drinks for me—such a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the free beer or water when opting out of daily room cleaning. The morning pretzels were a delightful bonus—warm, crispy, and absolutely perfect. There were helpful maps and travel guides available in the lobby, which made exploring the city much easier. While the room isn't large, it’s perfectly fine if you’re not traveling with a suitcase full of stuff. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-located, and highly recommended stay—especially for travelers looking for a no-frills yet welcoming experience in the heart of Munich.
