The hotel is incredibly close to Munich East Station, making commuting by U-Bahn super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about Oktoberfest events and local attractions with genuine enthusiasm. Even though the room didn’t have a fridge, I mentioned it at reception and they happily stored cold drinks for me—such a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the free beer or water when opting out of daily room cleaning. The morning pretzels were a delightful bonus—warm, crispy, and absolutely perfect. There were helpful maps and travel guides available in the lobby, which made exploring the city much easier. While the room isn't large, it’s perfectly fine if you’re not traveling with a suitcase full of stuff. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-located, and highly recommended stay—especially for travelers looking for a no-frills yet welcoming experience in the heart of Munich.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, and I appreciated the free coffee available at reception. The garden area is perfect for relaxing with a drink in the evening—very peaceful and pleasant. Parking is plentiful, with both garage and on-street options nearby, which is a big plus if you're driving. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it super easy to get into Munich. A local bar, two restaurants, and a supermarket are all within a 10-minute stroll—great for convenience and atmosphere. We didn’t try the restaurants, but they were busy, which says something! Definitely consider visiting Motorworld—it’s a short trip from the hotel and absolutely worth it. Amazing collection of classic and exotic cars, perfect for photos and car lovers. Overall, if you’re okay with a 20-minute commute to central Munich, this hotel offers more value than you’d expect. Great choice for a relaxed, well-located stay.

On New Year’s Eve, we even got treated to a stunning fireworks display right outside the hotel—such a magical surprise! This place offers great value, excellent service, and unbeatable location. What stood out most was the staff—friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even though one of the team members was Black, their attitude was warm and helpful throughout our stay. No issues at all, and the overall vibe felt safe and inclusive. Great value for money, especially if you're looking for a no-frills but reliable base in Munich. Would definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers.
