However, it’s not ideal for travelers with mobility issues—the entrance (number 53) is partially blocked by the restaurant’s terrace, making access tricky. The tiny elevator and narrow spiral staircase aren’t suited for large luggage either, so packing light is highly recommended. While the room size is modest and the facilities basic, the value for money is solid for short visits. Just keep in mind: this isn’t the best fit for families, travelers with strollers, or those with limited mobility.

Two other guests were particularly disruptive and made life miserable. I even had written documentation of the issues, but management ignored my concerns and failed to follow through on promises. It was deeply disappointing. Thankfully, the police responded quickly when things escalated, which helped prevent further problems. Overall, the service, safety, and communication were severely lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The value for money is terrible, and the entire stay left me feeling drained and betrayed.
