It’s rare to find such a great balance between comfort, convenience, and authenticity. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Birmingham.

Absolutely loved our stay at Ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus! This was the perfect spot for a much-needed reunion with close friends, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from day one. Staying at Premier Inn Birmingham City - Aston was a truly delightful experience. The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by metro, making it ideal for exploring all that Birmingham has to offer. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and impressively quiet, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Common areas are thoughtfully designed with a calm, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. What really stood out was the dining experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, with a diverse menu that balanced local favorites with creative touches. Service was consistently warm and attentive. A special thanks to Fern Ana—her friendly smile and genuine care made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Staying at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Star City was a great experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking lot is huge—very convenient if you're arriving by car. I especially loved the breakfast: a classic English spread with fresh eggs, sausages, baked beans, and homemade jam—well-prepared and satisfying. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the city center and close to public transit. My only minor note is that the single beds are a bit narrow at 80cm wide, which might not suit taller guests. But considering everything else—cleanliness, staff friendliness, and value for money—I’d definitely stay here again.

My stay at Campanile Birmingham was excellent, especially for a quick weekend getaway or short trip. The hotel offers basic amenities that are perfectly adequate for a 2-3 day visit—nothing fancy, but functional and clean. I appreciated the free parking, though it does fill up quickly, so arriving early is recommended. Breakfast is included, but honestly, I’d suggest heading to the café just around the corner instead—it’s more affordable and has better quality. The location is convenient, close to public transit, making it easy to explore central Birmingham. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for comfort, value, and simplicity without the fuss.

We stayed at Royal George Hotel for just one night during a wedding visit to Birmingham, and it was absolutely perfect for our short trip. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk or short subway ride away from the ceremony venue, making everything so convenient. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels warm and welcoming. Our room was cozy with a comfortable bed, and we slept like babies. Staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. Even though it was only one night, every detail felt thoughtfully considered. For a hassle-free, comfortable base in Birmingham, this hotel earns every single point—it’s truly a 10/10 experience.

Staying at The Kingstanding Inn was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Staying at Birmingham Central Station Apartment was a fantastic experience. Just a 10-minute walk to Bull Ring, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring the city center. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained—perfect for a quick sleep-in between events. I was there only for finals day, so I didn’t spend much time in the room, but even with minimal use, the comfort and quality stood out. The location is unbeatable, quiet yet central, and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommend this place for travelers who value convenience, cleanliness, and a stress-free stay. Thanks for the great experience!

I strongly advise against staying here—this experience was extremely disappointing. My daughter paid a £975 deposit but never checked in, and she never even received a key. Despite no damage or occupancy, the property has refused to refund her deposit. Legal action is now underway, which is unfortunate and unnecessary. The management’s lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly left us frustrated and disillusioned. This is not a reputable or trustworthy accommodation option. If you're considering booking, please think twice—don’t risk your money on this place. It’s not worth the stress or potential loss.

Stayed at The Aston Tavern while attending a match at Villa Park, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, Paul, Michelle, Tony, Stacy, and the whole family made us feel right at home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. We were greeted with complimentary tea and coffee, and the next morning enjoyed a delicious breakfast that started with cereal and then offered a wide range of fresh options from the menu, followed by more tea and coffee. The shower was excellent, and the room came with top-notch amenities, including a great selection of teas and coffee. Even after check-out, we were allowed to store our belongings securely, which was super convenient when we ran errands during the day. When we returned before the game, we were treated to free entry plus a hearty bowl of food—then again when we came back before leaving Birmingham. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality where you truly feel looked after. Plus, the location is unbeatable: just a 2-minute walk to Villa Park, 7 minutes to the local Tesco, 30 minutes to Star City, and both train stations are within 5 and 10 minutes on foot. Everything was perfectly positioned for easy access. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like coming home. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

This hostel completely exceeded my expectations—10 out of 10 is totally justified! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I got a middle bunk that felt stable and secure. The room was quiet, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep, and my fellow travelers were friendly and respectful. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained—definitely one of the best I’ve seen in a hostel. Plus, the free breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, tasty, and with great variety. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just an 8-minute walk to the city center, making it super easy to explore shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. Everything is so convenient and well thought out. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham.
