Staff even helped carry my luggage up to the room and assisted again at checkout by bringing my bags down to the side entrance. But honestly, with such a rich spread at both meals, I actually opted not to have the birthday cake brought to my room. The heartfelt birthday wishes from the hotel were more than enough for me. The HKD 500 deposit was paid in cash and refunded immediately upon checkout the next day—no hassle at all. The whole experience was smooth and professional. Location is convenient, staff are friendly, and the overall value is excellent. Definitely coming back!
