We stayed at Motel Classe A with my wife for a show at Clube Juventus, just a 1-kilometer walk from the hotel—very convenient. The suite was a bit dated in terms of decor, but spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious. The only minor issue was that the TV powered on but couldn’t switch channels—slightly frustrating, but not deal-breaking. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a quiet, adult-only retreat in São Paulo. Great location, good value, and the staff were friendly. Would definitely consider returning on future visits.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel—really exceeded my expectations! Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with our room details: my booking showed a double bed, but the hotel document listed twin beds. Thankfully, they quickly arranged a new room for us—spotless, well-organized, and comfortably furnished. The bathroom came with an exhaust fan and hairdryer, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, and it was fantastic—plenty of options including fresh bread, cold cuts, fruits, pastries, cookies, juices, milk, and coffee. Everything tasted great and we were very satisfied. The only minor issue was that the windows had small gaps, so street noise could come through during the day. However, once it got later, the city quieted down significantly, so it wasn’t a real problem. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—there are bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops just steps away. It’s also super convenient for getting around town via metro. Overall, a great stay with excellent value, and I’d definitely book again.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room had a damp spot on the sheets, and the blanket smelled strongly of smoke—definitely not clean or comfortable. I had to ask the front desk for toilet paper because there wasn’t any in the room, which is unacceptable for a basic hotel. When I asked about breakfast, I was told it was only available until 10 a.m., even though my booking clearly included breakfast. No warning was given beforehand, and I ended up missing it. The staff’s service was unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially since it’s not even close to being worth the price. If you're visiting São Paulo, there are definitely better options with proper cleanliness, communication, and hospitality.

The hotel completely met my expectations. I really appreciated the friendly and attentive service throughout my stay. One of the biggest highlights for me was its prime location right across from Parque do Ipiranga—just steps away from nature, perfect for a morning walk or relaxing outdoors. Being so close to a green space made the entire experience more enjoyable. Plus, the value for money was outstanding. It’s rare to find such a well-located, comfortable, and affordable option in São Paulo. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Everything you need is just steps away: a gym, car repair shops, a car dealership (with 24-hour security and motorcycle patrols nearby), a bakery, two mini-markets, a one-stop shop, building supplies, and more. The UBS Ipiranga health clinic is only two blocks away, while dentists, the Hirota supermarket chain (three blocks away), a pharmacy, phone repair services, Cacau Show, quick car wash, and gas stations are all within easy reach. Plus, it's super close to major shopping and event hubs like 25 de Março, Santa Ifigênia, Brás, Bom Retiro, Expo Anhembi, Expo Center Norte, and Expo São Paulo. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or just exploring the city, this location hits all the right notes—convenient, safe, and full of everything you’d want in São Paulo.

This place is an absolute disaster. I've been to worse, but honestly, even a dump would be cleaner and more organized. The moment I walked in, there was a nauseating smell that didn't go away. The rooms were filthy—used bed linens, dirty bathroom fixtures, and no sense of basic hygiene. It felt like the staff didn’t care at all. I’ve never had such a terrible experience staying anywhere. Seriously, this hotel should be shut down. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Still, if you’re okay with basic amenities and don’t mind a few drawbacks, it’s a decent option for budget travelers looking for a central stay.
