During the day, it’s open to all guests, but after 10 PM, it’s exclusively for hotel guests—meaning you get the whole level to yourself. That private, serene vibe at night was pure magic. And to kick things off, they even welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of champagne—such a thoughtful touch that really elevated the mood. Having laundry facilities right in the room made life so much easier. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from front desk to breakfast service and housekeeping. While some of the furnishings showed signs of age, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. One minor downside was that Room 10 didn’t get much natural light—facing a postal building—and the windows couldn’t be opened. That said, rooms on higher floors seem to have better views and more sunlight. All in all, this was a highly satisfying stay. With its great location, convenience, and value, I’d definitely book here again if I return to Brisbane.
