The in-house restaurant is elegant and delicious, though the small bistro just around the corner from the hotel didn’t quite live up to expectations. One thing to note: due to the historic convent structure, soundproofing near the doors isn’t perfect—there’s some faint noise transfer, but overall the rooms remain quiet and peaceful. That said, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel kindly allowed us to tour different room types on our last day. A small sign or slight repositioning of the bins would help a lot. Despite that, the hotel offers great value for money and is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Nice.
