Staying at Hôtel la Pérouse was a delightful surprise! The ambiance is truly elegant and peaceful, and the actual property looks even better than the official photos—seriously, the pictures don’t do it justice. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with an impressive variety of fresh options, and the homemade pastries were exceptional—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. One minor downside was the attitude of one of the breakfast servers—a very thin staff member who seemed distant and lacked warmth, which stood out slightly in an otherwise excellent experience. We also left a jacket behind, but given the high shipping cost, we decided not to go through with retrieving it. That said, it would be helpful if the hotel had a more accessible lost-and-found process. Overall, this place offers incredible value, beautiful surroundings, and a memorable stay. I’d definitely return.

Public transport access is easy too—just a short ride to the city center. Overall, this place offers great value, comfort, and convenience. A solid choice if you’re looking for a relaxed base in Nice without breaking the bank.
