This hotel is absolutely fantastic—right on Gran Vía, steps away from the metro, making it super easy to get around Madrid. The area feels safe and vibrant, perfect for exploring on foot. What truly stood out was the front desk team—the guys and girls were incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely engaging. As soon as we arrived, two of the staff members immediately stepped in to help carry our luggage—two full-sized 24-inch suitcases each, no hesitation. I was seriously impressed by their effort and hospitality. Even more thoughtful: one of the guys remembered my name pronunciation (Yunyi) right away and greeted me by name every time we passed by. That kind of personal touch made the whole experience feel special. From location to service, everything was top-notch. A solid 10/10—would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

That said, the location is quite far from the city center and main attractions. If you're only staying for one or two nights, it might be better to choose a place closer to the action. The good news? Bus line 150 stops right outside the hotel and goes directly to Puerta del Sol with no transfers, making public transit a convenient option. Just keep in mind that taxis in Madrid are extremely expensive—my ride from the hotel to the city center cost over €30, which isn’t ideal for short stays. Overall, this hotel works better for longer visits when you’re looking to save on transport costs and don’t mind a bit of distance. For travelers prioritizing convenience and budget, especially those planning to explore on foot or by bus, this place offers great value.
