The room itself was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and packed with thoughtful touches: Bluetooth speaker, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, and most importantly—what felt like the best bed I’ve ever slept on. Everything was spotless, and you can tell they care deeply about both design and comfort. One of my favorite spots was the RT60 rooftop terrace—stunning views of Madrid, chill music, creative cocktails, and the perfect vibe to unwind after a long day. And while the pool is small, it’s a real oasis in the heart of the city. Staff were attentive and genuinely helpful. We accidentally left the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on when we left in the morning. When we returned early in the afternoon, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet—which made sense. But when we mentioned it at reception, they kindly said the cleaning team was wrapping up, but they’d try to at least make the bed and change the towels. I didn’t expect much, but when we returned, the room was completely fresh—bed made, linens changed, everything pristine. That kind of initiative and care really stood out. Even though our room wasn’t one of the premium ones, the quality of the decor and attention to detail felt like a high-end hotel. In short, this was a complete, unique, and highly recommendable experience. We arrived on Saturday and dropped off our luggage at the front desk before heading out to explore—no hassle at all. On Sunday, we did the same when checking out. While there were no slippers provided in the room, it didn’t affect our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, and overall, the hotel offers great value, comfort, and convenience.
