My stay was absolutely wonderful overall! The hotel is perfectly located in downtown São Paulo—super convenient for getting around by metro, and everything I needed was just a short walk away. What really made the experience special was Renato at the front desk—he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. He genuinely made us feel welcome. There were just two minor issues: the shower spray was a bit too wide, causing water to splash everywhere, and the air conditioning kept turning on and off intermittently, which wasn’t fully resolved despite staff efforts. But honestly, these were small hiccups in an otherwise outstanding stay. The comfort, service, and value for money were all top-notch. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be returning.
