This was an excellent choice! The compact studio is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with modern amenities like a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer, and more. Its location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to Allianz Arena, making it perfect for attending concerts or events. A great supermarket is only one block away, which is super convenient for grabbing essentials. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooftop area is fantastic—great pool, relaxing lounge space, and amazing views. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for travelers visiting São Paulo, especially those planning to attend events at the arena.

Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from day one. Breakfast is served daily in a nearby restaurant right next to the building—a generous buffet with a nice variety of options.
