The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows—everything feels fresh, spacious, and well-maintained. I was a bit disappointed when I arrived to find that my booked sea view room had been changed to a standard room without the view, but the staff handled the situation with great care and offered immediate assistance. The room itself was still fantastic—large, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Located just a short walk from the city center, it’s easy to get around by metro. Despite the mix-up, the overall experience was excellent, and I’d definitely stay here again.

While the hotel couldn’t provide the room type I booked and gave me a slightly smaller one, they proactively offered a 30% refund on my paid amount and handled the process promptly—very thoughtful. The hotel is perfectly located—just a short metro ride to the city center—and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. This was our honeymoon stay, and The One Barcelona GL Hotel truly exceeded expectations. We arrived early, and they had everything ready for us right away—we dropped off our luggage and hit the streets without any hassle. There was one minor hiccup—the rooftop pool was closed due to a private event—but I reached out to the platform, and they quickly arranged a 200€ cash compensation. Their responsiveness and willingness to make things right really impressed me. Overall, this hotel delivers great value and a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back.
